合作学习,让学生成为试卷讲评课的主人

试卷讲评课是英语教学中的一个重要课型, 也是英语教学中极为关键的环节。试卷讲评是一份试卷,既反映了学生的学习成果,又反映了教师的教学实效。学生与教师之间的交流很大一部分是通过试卷讲评来实现的。通过讲评,可以提高学生对所学知识的掌握、巩固和运用水平,可以及时揭示教与学双方存在的问题,以便在今后的教学中加以解决,通过讲解可以促进教师改进教法,学生改进学法,使教法和学法同时得到优化, 通过讲评可以对学生所学知识查漏补缺, 使培优补差落到实处。尤其在中考前的总复习阶段, 对于提高学生的答题能力、答题技巧、明晰答题思路有着至关重要的作用。因此对试卷讲评课的探索和研究是每一位英语教师必须重视的问题。

现代教育越来越重视每个人一生的发展,越来越关注每个学生潜能的开发和个性的发展。因此课程改革成了最关键的一步。对于一个年青教师来说,随着新课改的实施,自然我正积极地清理自己的头脑,从传统的教学模式一步一步地走向新课改的新理念。即英语新课程的改革主要体现于激发学生学习兴趣,发挥学生的能动性,建造合作学习的氛围,引导学生充分运用已有的知识及生活经验,积极地动脑、动手、动口、主动参与探求新知,通过自身的活动重新发现、探究、总结,建立新的认知结构。

然而受应试教育下填鸭式教学的影响,学生总是被动地坐等知识,重知识记忆而轻问题思考,习惯于听老师讲解,忽略了英语这门课程的特殊性。而在传统的试卷讲评课上,大多数教师仅是“就题论题”,学生通过试卷讲评所掌握的仅仅是“这个题目”的答案,知识是零碎的,不能形成系统,造成学生英语学习的“简单重复”和“高耗低效”。 更有甚者,如选择题,教师在讲台上一题一题地说答案,学生在下面只将其选择的序号A、B、C、D改过来,就“万事大吉”了,成了“知其然而不知其所以然”,下次考试仍犯同样的错误,甚至讲了的问题过两三天又不知道了。表面上看起来学生听得认真,改得仔细,但效果总是不太好。因此,在英语教学中引导学生进行合作学习,让学生真正地成为学习的主人就显得尤为重要。

合作学习是指学生在尽可能小的小组中展开学习活动,而且是在没有教师直接、即时管理的情况下进行学习,小组成员间相互依赖、相互沟通,相互合作、共同负责地学习某些学科性材料,从而达到共同目标的一种学习模式。

下面,我就以《初三复习课之中考单选试卷讲评课》为例谈谈此模式在教学中的应用:

我认为,通过试卷讲评,不仅要做到解决问题,弥补不足,更要达到巩固已有知识,构建知识结构,提高解题能力的目的,有效地完成教学目标,成为提高教学质量的重要环节之一。也就是说,试卷讲评是一个夯实、整合与拓展的过程,而非简单的解答与重复。

一、做好课前准备工作,是上好英语讲评课的前提条件。

心理学家的实践表明:反馈在学习上的效果是很显著的,尤其是每天的反馈比每周的反馈效率更高,效果更好。所以及时进行学习反馈,才能最大限度地发挥反馈的积极功能。这就要求教师在讲评课前要做好以下两方面的准备工作:首先做好试卷统计工作,包括考点分布的统计,考试结果的统计,包括最高分、最低分、平均分及每题的得分率;错误类型的统计,弄清学生的得分情况和失分情况,了解他们的整体水平,分析普遍性错误和典型性错误,整理出错误的性质、类型,根据犯错误的原因来确定讲评的顺序、重点和方法。统计是一项艰苦复杂而又必不可不少的工作,它为试卷的分析和讲评提供了重要的依据。

在这节复习课中,我首先对学生的试卷知识点及成绩反馈进行了分析。以下是我的分析结果:

涉及知识点:人称代词,物主代词,介词,特殊疑问词,名词,连词,形容词,

副词,非谓语动词,条件句,情态动词,动词时态,被动语态,

不定代词,词组辨析,交际用语,宾语从句。

此项分析中,涉及的知识点为中考的单选考点,从而明确此节课的教学目标。为学生接下来的自主学习及合作学习打下基础。

学生成绩分析:7班:18分(满分) 8人

15—17分 9人

11—14分 9人

8—10分 8人

7分以下 4人

从7班的成绩分析可以看到,此班为普通班,并且学生成绩每个阶段的分布比较平均。因此就更加说明了此节试卷讲评课的意义重大。

统计学生的易错题,有利于体现本节课的重难点。从而进一步强化与巩固。我在对成绩进行分析后,会让学生动笔圈去试卷中的易错题,以便在稍后的讲解中明确重难点。

二、引导学生自主学习,是上好英语讲评课的有效方法。

新的课程改革要求激发学生学习兴趣,发挥学生的能动性,建造合作学习的氛围,引导学生充分运用已有的知识及生活经验,积极地动脑、动手、动口、主动参与探求新知,通过自身的活动重新发现、探究、总结,建立新的认知结构。因此,那种“对答案”式的方法,应该是我们在教学中必须避免的。把主动权交给学生,让他们做学习的主人。

在这节课中,我没有直接给出学生答案,而是把主动权交给学生,让他们自己去改错题,积极思考,在每道题旁标出所考察的知识点。目的在于让学生进一步熟悉此节课的学习目标。让学生做到心中有数。随后,由学生一一说出每道题的知识点,教师在黑板上做以记录,方便学生核对自己的答案。

三、合作学习,让学生真正地成为学习的主人。是上好英语讲评课的重要手段

试卷讲评课同样要体现“教师是引导,学生为主体”的原则,不能上成教师的一言堂,而应是师生交流,生生交流的群言堂。要给予学生表述自己思维过程的机会,增加教师与学生、学生与学生讨论问题的时间,允许学生对试题“评价”做出“反评价”,通过学生积极主动参与,得到相互启迪,使整个讲评过程学生情绪亢奋,容易接受大量的有关知识及解题的信息,有助于知识的掌握和解题能力的提高。

中考英语的命题趋势越来越注重对考生思维能力和表达能力的考查。给学生更多思索和讨论的机会有利于提高这些能力,从而在中考中取得更好的成绩。

在我的这节课中,我主要是按照以下程序进行的,目的重在突出学生的主体地位。

1.分组。将学生根据做错的题型、题的深浅程度及学生基础的好、差互补的分成六组,每组六个人。以便于小组合作,学生的交流,以及充分体现学生“一帮一”的互助行为。

2.分配任务。任务的分配,以抓阄的形式决定。每张条上有三道题,分别为难、中、易三种程度,以便在活动时保证每小组的活动充分。小组中的三个基础相对差的学生分别准备三道题的讲解,而另外的三个基础相对好的学生分别准备相关知识点的讲解与拓展。目的在于,一方面可以使所有学生都能活动起来,完成互帮互助的合作学习;另一方面,也可以对学生所学知识查漏补缺, 使培优补差落到实处。

3.合作学习,查证答案。各小组根据自己承担的任务,通过讨论,查阅资料等,得出正确的答案。在这一过程中,大家群策群力,查字典,看课本,翻辅导资料,如果还找不出正确的答案,就“拜访”老师,表现得相当积极。

4.学生评讲,做学习的主人。按照试题的顺序分别由学生进行讲解,并由相应的学生做出知识点的补充。教师以提问的形式,对学生未能说到说全的及考试中的易考点进行补充说明。虽然学生的讲评不如教师讲的那样“到位”,甚至有时引得大家哄堂大笑,但同学们听得都非常认真。显然学生的讲评要比教师的讲评效果要好得多。

四、知识的反馈,是上好英语讲评课的关键。

试卷讲评课的目的,不仅要做到解决问题,弥补不足,更要达到巩固已有知识,构建知识结构,提高解题能力的目的,有效地完成教学目标,成为提高教学质量的重要环节之一。也就是说,试卷讲评是一个夯实、整合与拓展的过程,而非简单的解答与重复。因此,知识的反馈,在试卷讲评课中占有非常关键的地位。它直接决定了此节讲评课的效率。

在我的这节试卷讲评课上我设置了两个知识反馈的环节。

1.易错题的反馈。

在学生讲评结束后,我给了学生2分钟时间去进一步吸收和巩固易错题,然后进行了一次易错题的练习。练习后,我没有直接给出答案,而是由学生小组合作活动,自己找出正确答案,然后以学生讲评的方式进行答案的核对。从而把学习的主动权又还给的学生。

2.中考单选题的反馈。

在此节课的最后环节中,为了检验此节课的学习目标的实效性,进行了一次全真的中考单选模拟练习,效果非常之好。

五、试卷讲评后应注重学生对知识的消化

学生试卷中所反映的问题大多是教学过程中的重点和难点,不大可能一次讲评后他们就完全掌握。因此,每次试卷讲评后老师还要做有心人,采取必要的措施使学生消化讲评内容。我主要从三方面着手:一是要求他们课后及时花时间加以消化和巩固,若还有不理解的就到老师处问;二是随机抽部分学生到老师处把错题再做一遍,以检验他们自己消化和巩固的程度;三是在以后的测试中,针对学生中普遍存在错误的题目,变换方式,增加复现率,以帮助他们真正地掌握。

本次试卷评讲,我花的时间最少、力气较少,而学生掌握得较好。仔细想想,有以下两方面原因:

第一,教学重心转移了,从以教师为主转变为以学生为主,使学生成为学习和发展的主体。以前无论是上课还是试卷评讲都是教师先查阅大量资料,想尽千方百计,将自己看到的、听到的、想到的,一股脑儿全都“塞”给学生,也不管他们能不能接受,愿不愿意接受,总觉得多讲点比少讲点好,有时课堂上没说完,还要利用下课的几分钟“见缝插针”再补充几句。本次讲评将机会还给学生,让他们自己通过讨论、查阅资料、请教老师等查漏补缺;通过自主学习,找出自己知识上的缺点和误区。这样,他们所学的知识才会经久不忘、根深蒂固。

第二,改变了教学策略,重新调整了教师的角色和行为,使教师成为学生的引导者和促进者。本次教学淡化了教师的讲,而强化了学生自主学习意识,教师的讲,主要是引导,引导的方法主要是点拨。学生的自主学习,变过去掌握结论式的学习为探究性学习、反思性学习、研究性学习。在教学中,还应让学生在自主的前提下,合作讨论,相互补充,自己去参与获得知识的过程。教师的教学观念应以学生的发展为本,以学生为中心,认识到让学生自主学习的重要性和必要性。

总之,试卷讲评的目的是为了使学生对教学的重点、难点有足量的复现以便熟练的掌握,并在此基础上有所提高。一堂高效、科学、实用的试卷讲评课不仅仅会使学生弄懂试卷本身呈现的知识,而且会使学生有 “意外”的收获,收到事半功倍的效果。一堂好的试卷讲评课也应该是有趣味的,吸引人的,应该是师生共同探讨、共同研究、共同提高,获得师生双赢的结果。
